Driven by curiosity
“Diving deep into complex problems gives me a lot of energy. This curiosity led me, after my master’s, to pursue a PhD in medical statistics at the LUMC. During my PhD research, my interest in the organizational and policy side of the healthcare sector grew. This is where two elements that are essential to me come together in my work: complex challenges and societal relevance.”
Involved from day one
“What struck me about Gupta from the beginning was not only the dedication of my colleagues, but also the genuine interest that everyone shows. Already in my first week, I went running with colleagues and was invited to join a major client event. This made me feel involved right away. The combination of professionalism and friendliness is felt everywhere: from cake in the office to celebrate milestones, to Fridays where we work with the entire team at a special location somewhere in the Netherlands. All of this makes me feel very much at home here.”
