"After my studies in Technical Medicine, I was eager to continue in research and enthusiastically started a PhD. In the final phase of my doctorate, however, I noticed that life as a researcher didn't quite suit me after all. I loved the analytical work and collaborating with colleagues and clinicians, but I was much less fond of the slow processes around scientific publications and grant applications. The combination of analysis, intensive teamwork, and a substantive focus on healthcare ultimately brought me to Gupta."

Room to grow, room to specialize

"I've now been at Gupta for almost 10 years, and I'm still happy with that choice.
