Challenge and Impact
“During my physics studies, I thoroughly enjoyed tackling challenges. That’s why I also want to be challenged in my work. Additionally, I find it important that my work has a societal impact. With both my parents being general practitioners, I grew up understanding how essential good healthcare is. That’s how I ended up at Gupta: for me, it’s the ideal combination of challenge and societal impact.”
Supportive learning environment
“From day one, I felt welcomed at Gupta. My colleagues took the time to get to know me and were always open to answering my questions. I was also fully involved in the project team right from the start. Besides learning through projects, there’s also a development program aimed at building various skills. For example, I learned how to present data in a visually appealing way and use it to tell a clear story. All of this makes Gupta a place where I not only learn a lot but also truly feel like I’m making a difference.”
