Science and society

“During my studies, the human brain caught my fascination. I was especially interested in unraveling all the complex biological processes underlying daily behaviors. In my research projects, I combined this with broader societal issues, in particular in mental health care. For example, in one of my projects I consulted a company on the feasibility of an innovative tool to detect burnouts early on.”

Curiosity

“At Gupta, eagerness to learn and curiosity are important drivers. Almost every week, we get the opportunity to join various trainings. In this way, we develop ourselves continuously. Additionally, our projects offer a lot of diversity. Because we work with many different parties in the health care sector, no project is the same.”
