“Every person is unique and sees the world through their own perspective. Everyone has their own experiences, memories, norms and values. For example, when asking ten different people what ‘healthcare’ means for them, you can expect ten completely different answers. In our projects it is very important to keep looking through these different perspectives to come to a fitting solution. In our own team we also regularly have discussions in which different visions come together. I believe that combining all these differences leads to a better final result.”
